Where I'm Going

Starting tomorrow afternoon, I'm going to the Adirondacks to my family's house with B. No internet, no cellphone. Just us, a lake, mountains, mosquitoes, and a few black flies. Also, deer. 

Historically, I don't get a lot of writing done in the Adirondacks on vacation, but I'm going to try and keep up with 1500 words a day while I'm there. 

How do you guys handle writing and vacation and still being social?

Because I don't have a lot else to say right now, here's a picture of two of my cats (Cora, and Pilot, who is, theoretically, a foster, but he's been with me for a year and has major medical problems...so you know...I get closer and closer to keeping him forever every day).
